I'm a Technical Program Manager with a career that runs from banking operations through digital design to leading web production for global brands. That path taught me the two sides of every project: the discipline of regulated industries and the craft of building things people actually enjoy using.
Today I lead cross-functional teams delivering complex digital programmes: planning, de-risking and shipping with precision, while keeping user experience at the centre of every decision. Certified PMP and Scrum Master, with an MSc in Software Engineering.
